Named after Guatemala's vibrant Bird of Paradise flower, Ave del Paraíso celebrates the color, balance, and character that have made Guatemalan coffee a favorite. This coffee is both distinctive and approachable, offering the bright acidity, balanced sweetness, and clean profile that define the country's finest coffees. 

We've roasted this medium-dark (full city+) roast to bring out the chocolate notes and full body coffee. Great for espresso, drip or cold brew.
